I'm Paul Iddins.
I've been a carpenter for over 30 years, starting out doing building maintenance and finish carpentry in Spokane.
When I moved to Whidbey Island in 1986, I expanded to doing remodels, additions and some new construction.  I designed and built my own 2 story, 1700+ square foot home in '93-'94 while continuing to provide quality construction for others.
I like to use locally grown wood and recycled materials as much as possible.  My power tools use very high quality rechargeable batteries and my 'rustic' workshop runs on solar energy.  The shop still in the downstairs of my house runs on electricity, but I'm moving towards getting everything into the solar space.
